CHESTER's park :

There is a large park near by our home which leads all the way to a lovely sea-shore bay.
The park is called Munkinpuisto ( Monk's park ) - tongue twisting name for foreigners.
It instantly turned out a Paradise park for our first Cavalier dog Chester, where he
was able to meet other dogs and run free. We re-named it Chester's park and so it is known to all our friends.
Since 1990, when we got Chester as a puppy, we take all our dogs to Chester's park
for one longer walk almost daily. Our dogs just love it there !
It's 15 minutes walk from our home but now when our 2 girls are well over 10+11 years old Veterans, we drive to the park's parking place, and from there our girls do enjoy straight away to move free all over the place. |

CHELSEA: 12 years 6 months
From one day to another, our dear Chelsea has left us in March 2009.
Now united with Chester and others is running free for ever in the evergreen fields
above and
gets
as much
food
as she wants - which was always number one in her life ....
our home
feels
ever so empty wihtout the boss of our ex-Trio and the brave mischief Chelsea has been.

.....picking up rabbit droppings seems to be the real "treat " !! Behind the path is fenced Dog-park where all dogs can meet, wihout threat for the owners to get a fine - IF caught with dogs running free in the open of Chester's park. We sometimes visit the Dog-park as well ;) ..... |
